Interview process

  1. Stage 1

    Screen

    30-minute call with a practice lead. Covers scope alignment, logistics, and any red-flag mismatches.

  2. Stage 2

    Technical

    Practice-specific take-home or live pairing session. Graded against the published rubric — never a black box.

  3. Stage 3

    Pod fit

    Two engineers from the relevant pod, one sector lead, one ops lead. Tests whether you'll actually enjoy the work.

  4. Stage 4

    Offer + onboarding plan

    Written offer with compensation band, projected first-quarter work, and the name of your first pod mentor.
