The services pages describe what we offer. Specific deliverables, service levels, and pricing are set in each customer's MSA and SOW, not on this site.
Site content
Case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and downloadable assets are for your reference only. You may cite them with attribution; you may not republish in full without written permission.
MSA template
Our standard Master Service Agreement template is available on request. It covers scope, IP, confidentiality, liability caps, and termination. Email legal@helptype.md for the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova. Any dispute not resolved in good-faith negotiation within 60 days will be settled in the courts of Chișinău, MD.
