Data we collect
Contact forms: name, email, role, company, free-text descriptions. Logged automatically: IP address (hashed for abuse correlation), locale cookie, consent cookie. We don't run third-party analytics.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest (form inquiries), contract performance (customer engagements), and your consent (newsletter, cookies).
Retention
Lead submissions: 24 months then deleted. RFP content: tender + 6 months. Customer engagement records: duration of contract + 6 years. Anonymous logs: 90 days.
